1. Processing Time

  • Verification & Packing: All orders are confirmed, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days.

  • High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email or SMS.

2. Shipping Times*

3. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select international locations.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

PepperMao is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives compromised, please:

  1. Retain all packaging materials and merchandise.

  2. File a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

  3. Email info@peppermao.com with your order number—we’ll assist where possible.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit, and reshipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
